Wondering “what’s next?” in your 40s, 50s, and beyond?
In your first four-weeks as a Joy Scoutz member, you’ll develop a clear vision of your goals & people you want to connect with, create a plan for reaching them, and take your first steps by earning five activity badges.
We’ll help you design a life that’s full of joy and adventure by tuning into four key compass points:
- Self
- Relationships
- Experiences
- Achievements
You'll look deep inside to re-discover dreams you may have set aside when kids and careers took center stage, and uncover the ‘me’ beyond the ‘mom’ or ‘manager.’ that may have taken center stage for the past several years. Some guided introspection and goal setting will set you on the course for fun, happiness, and excitement as you move forward on your life’s journey.
Congratulations! You’ll earn your first rank and be initiated as a full-fledged member of the Joy Scoutz.
Your Joy Scoutz annual membership gives you access to dozens of tools that make it easy to carry those plans out–to live a life of joy and adventure. As a member, you:

Your First Month Includes:
- 4 - 90 minute live group coaching sessions (We'll poll the group to find the best time)
- Session 1: Set Your Compass-Uncover where you’ve been, picture where you want to be, and create a Vision Map of your dreams so you have a tangible guide that motivates you to take action toward your goals every day.
- Session 2: Assemble Your Pack-Identify your adventure partners - the relationships you want to nurture - and develop a concrete, calendared plan to stay connected for the next year so that you turn unfulfilled promises of date nights, girls nights, or other get-togethers into actual, epic experiences you do together.
- Session 3: Expand Your Horizons-Dig deep into your wildest desires and turn daydreams into a documented list of adventures, experiences, and accomplishments you want to pursue in your lifetime. Prioritize the items on your bucket list so that you can keep your sights set on big goals, take small but steady action, and start checking things off!
- Session 4: Celebrate Adventures in Action-Acknowledge your wins from your first four weeks in Joy Scoutz with an awards and advancement ceremony. Display the adventure badges you’ve earned to mark milestones you’ve made in your odyssey of midlife discovery and fun–and stay motivated for a full year of adventures to come!
